Claims must be lodged via the phone, website, or email within (15) Fifteen days of the delivery date to be eligible for replacement or refund.  Depending on the claim we may require evidence of the defect via email or post.  Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased or you can opt to return the faulty item(s) and receive a full refund will be offered.

How to request a replacement or refund?

2.  Once we have evaluated the situation with the evidence provided, a 1-to-1 REPLACEMENT or FULL REFUND will be issued within (15) fifteen working days if the evidence provided is valid.
